Michael (Mike) Niemann, Jr. started his career in accounting and fintech consulting, a skill set he brings to Niemann Group’s internal operations as well as existing client relations.

Prior to joining Niemann Group, Mike was a Manager in the Business Process Improvement segment of a global consulting firm, Protiviti. During his tenure, Mike worked for companies ranging from the Fortune 50 and some of the largest privately-held companies in the world to small, privately held businesses. This included working in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance for a major national bank, isolating the root cause of multimillion-dollar revenue leaks for a legal services firm, multiple lift and shift of US operations to shared services centers, automating the insurance claim process of 50 FTE’s, scaling the operations of a treasury department through automation, and many more client success stories.

Mike graduated from Creighton University with BSBAs in both Accounting and in Finance with a focus in Investment Analysis and  Banking. He is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and holds several certifications in the RPA/IPA space.
